what you want by typing in the box at the top of the page. You can drill
down to what you want by selecting a year, make, or category. You can
start your search on our main search page (and here’s a link).

Once you’ve started your search, you can use the Refine bar on the
left to narrow your search until you see the exact part you want. Click
the picture or description of a part to display detailed part information.

We often offer a table of several brands and qualities of parts which
fit the same vehicle application. When you see a brand selector table,
you can choose the exact part you’d like to buy just by clicking
the buy button.

If you are careful to fully specify your vehicle when searching, our web
site will show you vehicle-specific application information and comments
about the parts you find.

Returning Products
to PartsQuick.com
PartsQuick allows returns for full credit
within 30 days (except certain special order and discontinued items identified
in our catalog as "No Return"). If you're not satisfied with
something or you just decide you don't need it, you can obtain return
instructions using our Order Status page or by sending e-mail to Returns@PartsQuick.com
(please include your order number, the part number and the reason for
your return). If a part doesn't fit appropriately, don't try to "force
it to fit" and risk damaging the part, your vehicle or injure yourself.
We won't accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the
part, so please inspect the part thoroughly before you begin the actual
repair.
It is possible for returns to go to different
locations, depending on the type of part and the reason for the return.
It is necessary to return the item or items to the correct location and
include the return instructions in the original package to receive credit.
Returned items must be complete, clean and unused. Please don't paint
or alter the part, install the part or throw away the box until you're
sure the part you have is the part you need. Please do not write on or
alter the box in any way. We cannot issue return credit for parts which
have been installed, painted, modified or returned without their original
packaging.
Shipping
charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If
you decide you don't want a part, PartsQuick will take the part back,
but we can't recover the shipping cost. Refunds typically take 1-2 weeks
to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a
faster refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as you paid, (i.e.
Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place
the order). You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been
issued.

Policy
Some of the parts PartsQuicks
offers for purchase are remanufactured. These types of parts are identified
in our catalog as "remanufactured" or "reman."
With parts like alternators
and master cylinders, the basic body (a complex, expensive metal casting)
usually is extremely durable. But components, such as bushings, seals,
etc, can wear out resulting in part to failure. Replacing only the worn
components can be very cost-effective, while helping to protect the environment,
producing extremely reliable results.
Remanufactured parts usually
include a core charge. The core charge is a deposit which the manufacturer
charges PartsQuick, and which we pass on to you, to encourage the return
of used parts to be remanufactured. You pay the core charge when you place
your order. If you return the old part to us, we in turn refund the core
charge.
To receive credit from PartQuick,
cores (except for complete engines and transmissions) must be returned
within six months of the date your order was placed. Complete engine and
transmission cores must be returned within two weeks from the date your
order is delivered.
Cores must be complete,
rebuildable, fit the same vehicle application and be returned in the box
the remanufactured part came in. This means the part you send back needs
to include whatever components (such as pulleys) came on the remanufactured
part. The box helps identify the part and proves to the manufacturer that
the core replaces one of their products. Obviously, the core won't be
working well (or you wouldn't have replaced it) but it can't be smashed,
rusted solid, or otherwise unusable.
Shipping charges on cores
are not refundable. Before sending back a core, you'll need to consider
if the core deposit is worth the shipping cost. As with any return, before
returning a core you must obtain and follow return instructions from our
Order Status page or via email at: Cores@PartsQuick.com

Warranty Policy
All PartsQuick.com products carry the full manufacturer's
warranty (visit our warranty page for a summary). We sell the most recognized
brands in the automotive parts industry, so you can buy with confidence.
But like many other retailers, we do not offer any product warranty of
our own.
If you install a part and it does not work properly
or doesn't last as long as expected, please contact us first, and we'll
assist you in making contact with the manufacturer to file a warranty
claim. Depending on the nature of the problem, the manufacturer may send
a representative to examine your vehicle or ask that the part be returned
to the factory for inspection. Be sure to save your PartsQuick.com receipt
as proof of purchase.

Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within
24 hours. Estimated ship times for non-stock items are listed in the item
descriptions in our PartsQuick.com catalog.
PartsQuick.com Shipping
charges are calculated using "live “UPS” rates. When
a part is added to your "Shopping Cart," change a quantity or
your address, the shopping cart automatically recalculates shipping based
on weight and the size of your order and your zip code. As you're accumulating
your order, the full delivery cost is always shown
•
There
are instances for some orders where the shipping cost does include more
than just the postage you see on the box you receive. Examples include:
•
Additional fees charged
by our suppliers for shipping special-order items directly to consumers
•
Fees in lieu of sales
tax assessed by California and a few other states (applies when we don't
have a part in stock and we ask our supplier to ship directly to you,
and both you and the supplier are in California or another state with
this law)
•
Costs of inbound shipping
from suppliers who will not ship internationally to us before forwarding
them on to you (applies only to international or APO/FPO orders of certain
low-volume parts)
If any of these situations occur with your order,
it will be reflected in the shipping cost you view before you submit the
order. Extra charges are never added after the order is submitted. The
charges you agree to pay when you enter the order is what you will be
charged.
To minimize Parts Quick.com shipping costs:
•
Select all your parts
from the same manufacturer, if at all possible. This will help ensure
your whole order will ship from one location).
•
Ship to your place
of business, rather than your home as commercial rates are lower.
If you believe the shipping cost on your order is not being calculated
correctly, please let us know before you submit the order. If our database
contains an incorrect weight for a part, or there is some other problem
with our system, we will fix it promptly. These problems are very rare.
In most cases, when shipping costs seem high it's because it just costs
a lot to transport large, bulky items and to deliver to distant locations.
UPS can take up to 24 hours to update information
on their web sites, so please don't worry if tracking results are not
available immediately.
